We stayed at this hotel while visiting my grandmother. I have to say I was quite displeased. The staff greated us with smiles. However, when we got to our room we discovered it wasn't cleaned very well. There were crumbs on the floor and things were not neat and tidy. We requested another room but they did not have one available. It took them 30 minutes to get our room set up.
